Generation Solar Fellows

A ten-week intensive bootcamp to kickstart a lifelong career transforming the world.

We’ve worked with major U.S. solar development and construction companies to build our curriculum on the technical knowledge, practical skills, and collaborative capacity they look for in new hires. In our ten-week program, we support fellows in gaining the knowledge and experience they need to succeed before their first day of work. Our gamified approach to case study instruction allows fellows to gain real world experience in managing dozens of real world projects in a matter of weeks instead of the years that it would take to develop the same experience on the job.

Our team then supports fellows through the interview and negotiation process to ensure a great fit with a company.

I went from being an intern to earning a six-figure salary and running my own division in less than 5 years. I get to do something great for the world, and Taylor’s direct training, coaching, and support made that possible.

— Lillian Bacon, 2017 graduate, Director of the Solar Division, Benchmark Electrical.
